For 2 years William Grant nurtured a dream to make the ‘best dram in the valley' with the help of his family. He finally achieved that vision.
Flowing in the Valley of the Deer, with a unique freshness from the same spring water used since 1887, its distinctive fruitiness comes from the high cut point William Gran insisted upon.
Carefully matured in the finest American oak and European oak sherry casks for at least 12 years, it is mellowed in oak marrying tuns to create its sweet and subtle oak flavours.
The Tasting Notes
Colour: Copper Oak.
Nose: Deep vibrant vanilla notes with hints of citrus, caramalised brown sugar and cinnamon. Baked apple and ripe summer fruits and balanced with the rich oaky aromas.
Taste: Beautifully rich and sweet with layers of creamy toffee, woody spices, candied orange peel and fresh toasted oak.
Finish: Long lasting with lingering sweetness.

Preparation and Usage
Serve neat, with water, over ice or in bespoke cocktails
Glenfiddich Cloudy Apple Fizz
45ml Glenfiddich 12 Year Old
60ml Cloudy Apple Juice
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
Top up with 50ml light tonic water
Build in a glass with ice, garnish with apple slice
Glenfiddich & Ginger
50ml Glenfiddich 12 Year Old
125ml Ginger Ale
Add all ingredients to a glass over cubed ice and stir. Top with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wedge
