Preparation and Usage
Directions
Mix 4oz Maykway Curry Sauce with 2 pints of water, bring to the boil and allow to simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Points to Note
1. For a milder curry, use milk instead of water.
2. For a sweet and mild curry, add chopped apple, sultanas and raisins.
3. For a hotter curry, add 1/4 to 1/2 clove of red or green chilli (finely chopped).
4. For a richer curry, add 1 tablespoonful of cream or butter.
5. For a golden colour curry, add 1/2 teaspoonful of tomato puree.
Mix into your meat to enliven flavour
