Bestway and Batleys magic up extra profits for the independents

The Bestway and Batleys Cash and Carry group has conjured up one of its biggest cash reward promotions ever to kick off the promotional year.

The promotion, titled Magic Circle, has been designed to deliver cash back to all customers' pockets. For every £1 spent on any of the 50 plus products on offer, which includes a whole range of beers, wines & spirits, a cash reward of 1.5 percent will be generated.

In announcing the promotion, Bestway marketing manager, Geoff Monk said, ”We have designed a very simple formula – the more the customer buys and the more they sell will earn them more with the cash rewards, which in effect creates a virtual circle with great benefits for retailers. We have put together a much sought after range of products throughout the period of the promotion, which starts on 3rd April and will continue until 23rd April, with more top offers to follow during the rest of the early part of the year.

“The top selling lines in the promotion include most of the major brands with special magical prices like Andrex Tissue, Coca Cola, Becks, Flora, McCoys Crisps, Heinz Baked Beans, Ribena, Kenco Coffee and Maynard Sweets.

“Full point of sale (POS) materials including posters, shelf talkers and leaflets, all aimed at consumers are available from all the 51 Bestway and Batleys Cash and Carry branches throughout England, Scotland and Wales.”

The Magic Circle promotion is further evidence of the total commitment of the Bestway policy of helping the independent trade to continue to build their businesses with true value added product promotions.
