1. The promotion is only open to registered customers of Bestway Wholesale Limited and Bestway Northern Limited ('Bestway').
2. The Promoter is Bestway Wholesale Limited (company number 01392861) ('the promoter') and the registered address is 2 Abbey Road, London, NW10 7BW
3. Employees of Bestway Wholesale Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw, regardless of any qualifying spend.
4. The promotion is not open to members of the general public.
5. Entries are open to trading businesses or sole traders ('customers') who are registered.
6. This promotion opens at 00.00 on 21/07/23 ("Start Date") and closes at 23.59 on 17/08/23 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received before the Start Date will not be counted. Valid and qualifying entries relating to qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period can be submitted until 23.59 on 17/08/23 (the "Closing Date").
7. To qualify for the Promotion, an entrant must purchase a minimum of five (5) cases of any combination of the products listed below (the "Qualifying Purchase") in a Bestway depot or online. Retain proof of purchase as this may be required to validate entry.

8. During the Promotion Period, entrants who meet the criteria set out in clause 7 above will be automatically entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a Prize (detailed in clause 9 below). There will be no form to complete. One automatic entry will be made for each entrant who makes a Qualifying Purchase as detailed in clause 7 above. A Qualifying Purchase must be placed in a single entry to qualify to entry. Entrants will receive an entry into the prize draw for each Qualifying Purchase made. Qualifying products are subject to availability.
9. There will be one (1) winner ("Winner") chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period performed by a random computer process on or before 18/08/23 (the "Draw Date"). 10. The Winner will receive one (1) pair of Conrinthian Roof Terrace hospitality tickets for the one day international test match between England and New Zealand at the Kia Oval on Wednesday 13th September 2023 (the "Prize").
11. Prizes will be provided by the Promoter or Bestway to the Winner. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal value should the stated Prize be unavailable.
12. Each Winner acknowledges that the Prize is subject to the ticket terms and conditions of Kennington Oval Limited, which are available here https://www.kiaoval.com/ticket-terms-and-conditions/ and https://www.kiaoval.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Hospitality-Terms-Conditions-2023.pdf 13. The Prize does not include any travel, accommodation or other expenses which shall be the responsibility of the Winner.
14. There is no maximum number of entries per entrant, but automatically generated or third-party entries are void and a maximum of one prize may be won per Bestway customer account.
15. In the event of circumstances outside its control the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. Bestway will notify the Winners on or before 21/08/23 using the contact details shown on their Bestway customer account.
17. Bestway will make reasonable efforts to contact the Winner by email and with three telephone calls following the Draw Date. However, if a winner has not responded after the third telephone call, or if the Winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, unable to produce the required documentation as set out in these terms, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, Bestway and/or the Promoter, reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the valid and qualifying entries, using the same process referred to at clause 7 above in these terms and conditions.
18. The Prizes will be provided by the Promoter or Bestway to each Winner by 28/08/23. Bestway and the Promoter accept no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. Bestway reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the valid and qualifying entries to receive the Prize using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.
19. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to their name, email address, phone number, and postal address (where applicable) being processed by the Promoter and Bestway to arrange for the delivery of the Prize only.
20. The Promoter shall facilitate delivery of the prize and any date quoted for delivery shall be approximate only. The time for delivery is not of the essence and the Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the prize.
21. The decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.
22. Any tax implications as a result of winning a prize is the responsibility of the prize winner.
23. Under no circumstances will the Promoter be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with the promotion. 24. The winners name will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Prize Draws (FAO Marketing Department), Bestway Wholesale Limited, 2 Abbey Road, London, NW10 7BW.
25. Customers may be required to enter into publicity as a result of the promotion.
26. By entering this promotion, the Customer agrees that the Promoter and any agency acting on its behalf may process the personal data of the Customer (such as name, address, email address, telephone numbers and photographs) solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw for this promotion, including (if you are a winner) contacting you in relation to the draw and delivering the prize. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Customer's prior consent.
27. This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Bestway Wholesale Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the privacy policy at www.bestwaywholesale.co.uk.
28. Customers not wishing to participate in this promotion should notify the Bestway Customer Contact Centre on 01738 646666 (email: customerservices@bestway.co.uk) otherwise by making the qualifying purchases all Customers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any other promotion requirements set out in any promotional material these terms and conditions will prevail.
29. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
