Long Form T & Cs
1. By entering this prize draw, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
2. The prize draw is open to only registered Customers of Bestway Wholesale Limited, Bestway Northern Limited, aged 18 years old and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
3. Promoter: Bestway Wholesale Limited, Bestway Northern Limited, 12 Abbey Road, Park Royal, London NW10 7BW, United Kingdom.
4. Supplier: Heineken UK Limited.
5. The promotion is not open to members of the general public.
6. Entries are open to trading businesses or sole traders who are registered Customer of the Promoter ('Customers').
7. The Promotion will run from 00:00 on 15th September 2026 to 23:59 on 12th October 2026 (‘Promotion Period’).
8. To be automatically entered into the promotion, Customers must purchase 1 cases of CK81 DESPERADOS 330ML BTL – CATERING, CS13 DESPERADOS 330ML BTL 3 PK, CS29 DESPERADOS 330ML CAN 10PK, CS28 DESPERADOS 440ML CAN 4PK, CS26 DESPERADOS 650ML BTL, CR48 DEPERADOS MOJITO, CR49 DESPERADOS RED CAIPIRINHA, CR47 DESPERADOS TROPICAL DAIQUIRI AND 1 CASE OF ANY OF DESPERADOS COCKTAILS 12 X 330ML CAN (TROPICAL DAIQUIRI (824392), RED BERRY (824388) OR MOJITO (824387)), qualifying purchases must be made either in-store or online at one of the 25 participating depots listed in Clause 30. Unlimited entries per Customer. Customers will receive one entry per qualifying transaction per customer ID.
9. One Prize per Customer throughout the Promotional Period.
10. Prizes: There are a total of 5 x £200 available to be won. Each Prize consists of £200 (two hundred pounds) of depot credit.
11. The £200 Depot Credit may only be spent on any product sold by Bestway Wholesale Limited, Bestway Northern Limited. The prize value excludes VAT.
12. The prize may be redeemed by the named account holder only, is not transferable, cannot be swapped for another and cash alternative will not be offered.
13. Winner Selection: 5 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The winners will be contacted via email within 28 days from the end of the Promotional Period and will be asked to provide evidence of their identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. Winners will then have 48 hours to respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winners do not respond to the Promoter within this time, they will forfeit their prize and the Promoter shall select other winner(s) at random from all remaining valid entries.
14. The Promoter shall facilitate delivery of the prize and any date quoted for delivery shall be approximate only. The time for delivery is not of the essence and the Promoter shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Prize.
15. Customers not wishing to participate in this promotion should notify the Bestway Customer Contact Centre on 01738 646666 or email: customerservices@bestway.co.uk. Otherwise by making the qualifying purchases all Customers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any other promotion requirements set out in any promotional material these terms and conditions will prevail.
16. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
18. The winner must, at the Promoter’s request and discretion, participate in reasonable promotional activity including a case study, and publicity and photography surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images in promotional material.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
20. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling of Prizes to third parties. In the event for any reason the Prize winners do not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
21. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this promotion.
23. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with any of these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded, and a new winner of the Prize will be randomly selected.
25. Any entries that the Promoter considers in their absolute discretion to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, or fraudulent will be disqualified from this Promotion.
26. The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. As such, the Promoter will send the surname and county of major Prize winners to anyone that contacts the Promoter at the address provided no later than 28 days after the end of the promotion.
26. If a winner objects to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, they should contact the Promoter at the address provided. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to competent authorities, including the Advertising Standard Authority, on request.
28. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
29. By entering this promotion, the Customer agrees that the Promoter and any agency acting on its behalf may process the personal data of the Customer (such as name, address, email address, telephone numbers and photographs) solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw for this promotion, including (if you are a winner) contacting you in relation to the draw and delivering the prize. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Customer’s prior consent.
