Eligibility: This promotion is open to the entity (‘the retailer’) who is registered to the relevant participating wholesaler: Bestway Wholesale, Bestway Vans, Sugro, NBC (Right Price), S&W Wholesale (Unitas), Northern Snack Foods, NBC NI (MC Wholesale & Gerard Ryan), Supervalu, Centra (Musgrave Retail), Sugro NI, Unitas Delivered (Filshill), Avansa Demo (Bestway, Parfett, Dhamecha, Unitas) operating in UK only, who are aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, employees or immediate family members of any third party companies associated with the promotion, prize providers or agencies assisting with the promotion operation may not enter the promotion.
Proof of eligibility may be required.
Promotional Period: This promotion opens 00:01 on 01.10.24 & closes at 23:59, 31.12.24.
How to Enter: Retailers must purchase 4 cases of any of the following SKU’s in one transaction during the Promotional Period to be automatically entered into the prize draw. Entrants are not limited to 1 entry.

Entrants must have a working email address in order to enter. Retain a copy of receipt for proof of purchase.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
Any entrant using bulk, third party entries or other automated means of entry, who is trying to circumvent these rules, is fraudulently falsifying data or is otherwise acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, who is using identities other than their own in order to increase their entries, or who otherwise submits or attempts to submit entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these rules in full will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
Prize pool and delivery: There are 35 x Tech bundle prizes, each consisting of 1 x £1000 Currys e-gift card (each a ‘Prize’ and together the ‘Prizes’). Winners will be notified in accordance with paragraph 12 and their Prize will be sent via email from prize fulfilment agency Altavia UK. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary. Winner Selection: 35 x main prize winners (each a ‘Winner’) will be drawn at random by an independent person on behalf of the wholesalers, 7 days after the end of the Promotional Period. Winners names, addresses and emails only are then passed to Altavia UK.
Winner Notification: The 35 Winners will receive a letter from Altavia UK to notify with details of how to claim the Prize and their eligibility, within 7 days after the end of the Promotional Period, using the contact details provided on entry. Winners must provide a valid email address within 3 weeks of receiving this letter. A further 14 days will be given for winners to claim their prize after the 3 weeks of receipt of the letter, from their KP Snacks Account Manager. If no response is received after this time, Winners will forfeit their Prize. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of provision of information required under this paragraph 12, by the relevant Winner. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect information supplied by any Winner.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the Winners. However, if a Winner cannot be contacted or has not accepted their Prize within the period stated in paragraph 12, or if a selected Winner is ineligible, in breach of these rules, or unable to take up a Prize for any other reason, their Prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn. The Promoter will not be held responsible for a Winner failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance.
General: By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these rules. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these rules, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry and/or disqualify an entrant or a Winner.
Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these rules will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied by entrants for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent to use your personal details for publicity purposes (in accordance with paragraph 18 of these Terms and Conditions). Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and will be processed in accordance with these Rules and the Promoter’s Transparency Notice, which is available at https://www.kpsnacks.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Winners to anyone who writes to: KP Wicked Tech, Altavia UK Limited, 8 Sandy Way, Grange Park, Northampton, NN4 5EJ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within three months after the Promotional Period. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please inform the Promoter by writing to the above address. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
By taking part in this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they may be asked by the Promoter to take part in relevant publicity without further payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using an entrant’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prizes won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use an entrant’s personal data for publicity purposes without the entrant’s consent. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the winner’s surname and county of residence in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Terms and Conditions.
These rules (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
