1. This promotion is open to retailers who have an account with Bestway Wholesale Limited (the “Eligible Retailer”), who are residents of England, Wales or Scotland only and aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Premier Foods Group Limited (the ‘Promoter’), Bestway Wholesale Limited (“Bestway”), Blue Chip Marketing (UK) Limited (the “Prize Fulfilment Agency”), associated agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. This promotion is not open to residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. The Promoter reserves the right to ask the winner for proof of residency.
2. Entrants must have access to the internet, an email account and hold a registered customer account of Bestway.
3. Promotion: This promotion opens at 00.00 on 05/01/24 (“Start Date”) and closes at 23.59 on 29/02/24 (”Promotion Period”). Entries received before the Start Date will not be counted. Valid and qualifying entries relating to qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period can be submitted until 23.59 on 29/02/24 (the “Closing Date”).
4. There is no maximum number of entries per entrant, but automatically generated or third-party entries are void and a maximum of one prize may be won per Bestway customer account.
5. To qualify for the Promotion, an entrant must purchase a minimum of three (3) cases of any combination of the products listed below (the “Qualifying Purchase”) in a Bestway depot or online. Retain proof of purchase as this may be required to validate entry.

6. During the Promotion Period, entrants who meet the criteria set out in clause 5 above will be automatically entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a Prize (detailed in clause 7 below). There will be no form to complete. One automatic entry will be made for each entrant who makes a Qualifying Purchase as detailed in clause 5 above. A Qualifying Purchase must be placed in a single entry to qualify to entry. Entrants will receive an entry into the prize draw for each Qualifying Purchase made. Qualifying products are subject to availability.
7. There will be five (5) winners (“Winners”) chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period performed by a random computer process within 4 weeks of the end of the Promotion Period.
The Prize
8. Each of the 5 Winners will receive a prize bundle including 1x portable projector, 1 x £100 online retailer gift card and 1x £50 online takeaway voucher (the “Prize”).
9. Prizes will be provided by the Prize Fulfilment Agency to the Winners. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal value should the stated Prize be unavailable.
Notification and delivery of the prize
10. Bestway will notify the Winners by 15/03/24 using the contact details shown on their Bestway customer account.
11. Bestway will make reasonable efforts to contact the Winners. However, if a winner has not responded to notification within 14 days, or if a selected Winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, unable to produce the required documentation as set out in these terms, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, Bestway and/or the Promoter, reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the valid and qualifying entries, using the same process referred to at clause 7 above in these terms and conditions.
12. The Prizes will be provided by the Prize Fulfilment Agency to each Winner within 8 weeks of the Winner receiving notification of the win. Bestway, the Promoter and the Prize Fulfilment Agency accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. Bestway reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the valid and qualifying entries to receive the Prize using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.
13. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to their name, email address, phone number, and postal address (where applicable) being passed to the Promoter to share with the Prize Fulfilment Agency to arrange for the delivery of the Prize only.
14. The Winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the Prize.
15. Entries which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. Bestway accepts no responsibility for failure to process an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside Bestway’s control.
16. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
17. Bestway, the Promoter, the Prize Fulfilment Agency and their agents will only use Eligible Retailer entrants’ personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.
18. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this Promotion by the entrant, Bestway and/or the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process or retract an entry.
19. The Promoter’s and Bestway’s decisions are binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
20. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Bestway do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this Promotion or taking up a prize.
21. By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions unless the entrant advises Bestway that it does not wish to participate in this Promotion.
22. Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this Promotion. However, entrants grant the Promoter (and its agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.
23. The Promoter, and Bestway are bound by, and will use your data in accordance with, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act (2018) for the purposes detailed within clause 17.
24. Winners may be required by the Promoter to take part in publicity relating to this promotion. If a Winner would prefer to opt out, please contact the Promoter by emailing gita.kahlon@premierfoods.co.uk.
25. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
26. Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Promotion.
