There's nothing wrong with companies wanting to have cool color-coded labels or homemade logos on their packaging, declaring sustainability promises that are hard to compare to other products and even to know what they mean. But if we're really interested in handing the power over to the consumer to make informed choices at the store, maybe everyone should declare the climate footprint on the product first?

As the first oat drink company in the world and the inventors of the modern oat drink, that headline makes perfect sense to us. If you think drinking fibre sounds strange, wait till you hear what some of them are called! And what's even stranger to me is that I can't mention the name without including a long footnote. But that's ok, it's a pretty interesting and hearty footnote, and I recommend it wholeheartedly while making a hand-heart with my fingers, if you know what I mean. Oh, and the fibres are called oat beta-glucans.
