Preparation and Usage
Chef's suggestions:
Perfect with breaded chicken or stir-fried vegetables and noodles.
Try it with tofu, aubergine, and sweet potato for a vegan curry.
Bain-marie 2 hrs at 75°C.
Pour out of container.
Ensure the centre of the dish is at least 85°C before serving.
Separation of ingredients is natural so shake well before use.
