We selected vineyards that produce a wine of ripe peach, melon and fresh acidity that is complemented by creamy malo with smooth toasted oak.

- The juice was processed with minimal maceration time then cool fermented using aromatic yeast strains. Extended yeast-less contact built weight and texture.
- One the nose, white peach, lemon tart, with hints of pavlova and enticing vanilla undertones. A warm and generous mouthfeel filled with nectarine and a spicy charred finish.
- It's a great wine for special occasions and refined dinners. Serve it at 7-10 C and enjoy it with Cauliflower gratin, Creamy risotto, Cesar salad, Roast chicken, Potato gnocchi, camembert, brie, chicken burger, Pork belly with apple sauce
