Make Up & Serving Instructions
To Make: 10 portions, Dessert Mix: 150g, Milk: 600ml, Dessert Mix: 230g, Water: 650ml
To Make: 20 portions, Dessert Mix: 300g, Milk: 1,200ml, Dessert Mix: 460g, Water: 1,300ml
To Make: 26 portions, Dessert Mix: 390g, Milk: 1,550ml, Dessert Mix: 600g, Water: 1,700ml
To Make: 40 portions, Dessert Mix: 600g, Milk: 2,400ml, Dessert Mix: -, Water: -
This pack makes 26 x 110ml portions with water or 40 x 110ml portions with semi-skimmed milk.
1 Pour required quantity of water or milk into a large mixing bowl.
2 Add required quantity of dessert mix, whisk for 30 seconds on low speed.
3 Scrape down. Whisk for 4 minutes on high speed. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place.
Keep bag tightly closed after part use.
Best before end see top of carton.
Once made up keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
