Preparation and Usage
Preparation Instruction
1 Mix required quantities of Maggi demi-Glace sauce and cold water until smooth.
2 Whisk sauce mixture into boiling water then gradually return to boil, whisking continuously.
3 Simmer for 1 minute, whisking occasionally.
