Preparation and Usage
Contents may settle after packing. Sealed for product and flavour integrity.
Use 1 part Bicarbonate of Soda to 2 parts cream of tartar to make baking powder.
Use when making gingerbread, scones and crumpets for a lighter texture and for all quick bread mixtures.
Sprinkle a teaspoon into cooking water for green vegetables to help maintain the colour.
