Preparation and Usage
Just add water

Approximate Yield Guide
This pack makes 175 x 110 ml (4 fl oz) portions
To make 1 pt (568ml); Jelly crystals: 100g (3 1/2oz); Boiling water: 230 ml (8fl oz); Cold water: 285ml (1/2 pt)
To make 1 ltr (35fl oz); Jelly crystals: 175g (6oz); Boiling water: 400 ml (14 fl oz); Cold water: 500ml (17 fl oz)
To make 35 pts (20 ltrs); Jelly crystals: Whole bag; Boiling water: 7 ltrs (13pts); Cold water: 11 ltrs (18pts)
1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water.
2. Stir well until completely dissolved.
3. Add the cold water and stir well.
4. Pour into moist moulds and leave to set in a refrigerator.
NB: Adding pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit will prevent jelly from setting.
Useful hints and tips...
Add yoghurt, milk or cream to create a panna cotta style dessert.
After you've dissolved the crystals, try adding some ice cubes instead of cold water, for a quick set jelly
For a great summer treat, add lemonade for a jelly with a fizz or for a special occasion, why not add champagne?

Store in a cool dry place. Keep bag tightly closed after part use.
Made up jelly is best stored in a refrigerator below 5°C and eaten within 48 hours.
