Cooking Instructions
1. Use McDougalls Crumble Topping straight from the bag.
2. Sprinkle over the filling to cover evenly.
3. Bake at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 for between 20-45 minutes depending on the quantity of crumble/filling. For fan-assisted ovens baked at 180°C/3501/Gas Mark 4.

Useful hints and tips...
For a more indulgent crumble, mix with oats, muesli, nuts and spice to produce a variety of toppings.
For a speedy crumble, sprinkle crumble topping on top of warm stewed fruit and finish off under the grill.
When using hard fruits such as apples or pears, part cook prior to baking to ensure they soften fully during baking.
Sprinkle crumble topping onto a variety of baked goods, prior to baking, such as muffins, sponges or tray bakes.
For best results, once the bag is opened, keep tightly closed and use within two months.
