Marqués de Cáceres BLANCO is a dry white wine made from Viura, Rioja's finest white grape variety. It has an attractive, bright straw colour and an intense bouquet with charming notes of minerals, white flowers and a hint of apple and citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is crisp, fresh and clean with delicious fruit flavours that linger on the palate. An ideal wine for a light aperitif and a perfect accompaniment to fish, seafood, tapas and salads.

Preparation and Usage
Serve between 8-10°C as an aperitif or to accompany salads, raw or grilled fish and rice or pasta dishes with seafood.

|Vinification Details||Short skin-contact maceration of 2-4 hours. Gentle pressing. Low-temperature alcoholic fermentation (15-18˚C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is later stabilised using cold treatment to prevent malolatic fermentation. This results in greater freshness and maintain the wine's natural acidity. Bottling takes place in December or January following the harvest.|
|History||Located in Cenicero, in the heart of Rioja Alta, Cáceres was founded by Enrique Forner in the 1970s.|
