Produced from sound, mature, selected, hand harvested, clean white onions, free from damage, soil & cuts. Selected fresh onions are peeled, washed, inspected, sliced, air dried, milled & sieved to Kibbled White Onion.
Add straight to soups, casseroles and stews, ensuring that there is sufficient water for rehydration. Alternatively, add boiling water to the onion and allow to soak before draining for use.
