| Vinification | The grapes for Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato were harvested at optimum ripeness during cool night temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. The winemaker selected particularly aromatic yeast strains and employed a moderate fermentation process, which together have preserved the natural floral aromas in the juice. Secondary fermentation by Charmat method was conducted in the tank. Cool storage after fermentation and just the right care and handling have resulted in a delicious sparkling wine. |
