Vinification DetailsThe unique, perfectly balanced Cuvée produced from the Glera grapes and the best DOCG varieties guarantee an extra-dry prosecco of excellent quality. The finest DOCG prosecco, a spumante made under the watchful eye of the most experienced winemaker in Italy using the well-protected, traditional Conegliano Valdobbiadene method.
HistoryAt Scavi & Ray, there is a real fascination with prosecco which never ceases to enthral. These are first class grapevines, cultivated against the breath-taking backdrop of a sun-drenched landscape in the heart of Veneto. The grapes are handpicked with passion, devotion and care. This is an unwavering part of the quality philosophy.
Regional InformationThe characteristic growing region of Valdobbiadene provides the grape variety with the perfect climatic conditions, endowing the prosecco superiore with its worldwide unique character. The great difference between night and day temperatures in the strictly limited DOCG growing region is what produces the exceptionally fresh, mildly tart fruit and subtlety of the hand-picked grapes.
